Esta fase, no se realiza durante el primer turno de cada escenario, al estar todas fichas en el mapa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>En esta fase, se realiza una serie de pasos en orden:<br>1) Se realiza un reinicio de ciertos aspectos del juego (reservas no usadas a zero, se eval\u00faa si las regiones saqueadas pueden recuperarse si no hay Ej\u00e9rcitos enemigos en la regi\u00f3n y se devuelven a la Reserva las Capacidades no utilizadas durante el turno anterior).<br>2) Se determina la Iniciativa del turno, que ser\u00e1 del jugador que hubiese gastado menos Puntos de Operaciones (OPS) en el turno anterior (en caso de empate, el jugador con la Iniciativa la mantiene).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan que jugador tenga la Iniciativa, se realizan ciertos pasos en orden:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Selecci\u00f3n de Capacidades: fichas de bonus a usar durante el turno.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acciones de los jugadores:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reclutamiento de los Tercios (solo el cat\u00f3lico): nuevos Tercios pueden entrar en el mapa, o recuperarse si estaban a fuerza reducida seg\u00fan determine el marcador de Estabilidad de Espa\u00f1a.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eliminaci\u00f3n de bloqueos navales (solo el cat\u00f3lico): seg\u00fan su nivel de Prestigio, el cat\u00f3lico puede eliminar un n\u00famero determinado de Bloqueos Navales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Selecci\u00f3n de l\u00edderes (ambos jugadores): seg\u00fan su nivel de Prestigio, los jugadores pueden entrar ciertos l\u00edderes al mapa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mantenimiento, Mejoras y Refuerzos (ambos jugadores): mediante el uso de los Recursos acumulados, se pueden recuperar unidades a su fuerza completa, reclutar nuevas Milicias, promocionar unidades (Milicia a Tropa, y Tropa a Veterano), y influir en la Diplomacia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Despliegue de Destacamentos (ambos jugadores): los 4 Destacamentos (bloquean movimiento de unidades enemigas), se pueden situar en cualquier ciudad controlada por una facci\u00f3n sin unidades.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refuerzos de Naciones Aliadas (ambos jugadores): si en el turno anterior unidades aliadas no pudieron entra en el mapa, se vuelve a comprobar en este paso si lo pueden volver a hacer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Despliegue de Saboya (solo el protestante): si la regi\u00f3n de Saboya no est\u00e1 controlada por el cat\u00f3lico, se despliega la Tropa de Saboya<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"887\" height=\"981\" src=\"https:\/\/edicionesmasqueoca.com\/diarios\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/Fase-de-Planificacion.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4339\" srcset=\"https:\/\/edicionesmasqueoca.com\/diarios\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/Fase-de-Planificacion.png 887w, https:\/\/edicionesmasqueoca.com\/diarios\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/Fase-de-Planificacion-271x300.png 271w, https:\/\/edicionesmasqueoca.com\/diarios\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/Fase-de-Planificacion-768x849.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 887px) 100vw, 887px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><strong><em>Foto: Resumen de la Fase de Planificaci\u00f3n<\/em><\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Donal Hegarty, que se desplazar\u00e1 desde Escocia, es un artista gr\u00e1fico de prestigio con juegos como \u2018Red Flag over Paris\u2019, \u2018Fire and Stone. Siege of Vienna 1683\u2019, Labyrinth, Fields of Fire entre otros muchos juegos, o el juego que editar\u00e1 GMT Games \u2018Mr. President\u2019. Los jugadores tendr\u00e1n que decidir si cooperar con otros jugadores (no necesariamente de su facci\u00f3n, aunque es muy recomendado), si consideran que esa estrategia les ayudar\u00e1 a conseguir sus objetivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>De una manera din\u00e1mica, y muy divertida los jugadores podr\u00e1n explorar las din\u00e1micas y acciones de \u2018El Colapso\u2019, y como dise\u00f1ador del juego me ser\u00e1 muy \u00fatil para evaluar ciertos aspectos y din\u00e1micas entre jugadores para ajustar \u2018El Colapso\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>No puedo decir m\u00e1s, porque habr\u00e1 MUCHAS sorpresas y muy divertidas en la \u2018partida matrix. Players will have to decide whether to cooperate with other players (not necessarily from their faction, although it may be highly recommended), if they believe that this strategy will help them to achieve their goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>In a very fun and dynamic way, players will be able to explore \u2018The Collapse\u2019 dynamics and actions, and as the game designer, it will be very useful for me to evaluate certain aspects and dynamics between players to adjust them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>I can&#8217;t say more, because there will be A LOT of surprises and lots of fun in the &#8216;matrix game\u2019.
