{"id":5065,"date":"2023-03-02T11:07:00","date_gmt":"2023-03-02T11:07:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/edicionesmasqueoca.com\/diarios\/?p=5065"},"modified":"2023-03-02T17:03:12","modified_gmt":"2023-03-02T17:03:12","slug":"sabias-que-tomas-de-zumalacarregui-tuvo-un-hermano-mayor-que-era-de-ideologia-liberal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/edicionesmasqueoca.com\/diarios\/2023\/03\/02\/sabias-que-tomas-de-zumalacarregui-tuvo-un-hermano-mayor-que-era-de-ideologia-liberal\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfSab\u00edas que Tom\u00e1s de Zumalac\u00e1rregui tuvo un hermano mayor que era de ideolog\u00eda liberal?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfLa figura m\u00e1s ic\u00f3nica del Carlismo, Tom\u00e1s de Zumalac\u00e1rregui, tuvo un hermano mayor diputado en Cortes y por tanto defensor a ultranza de la Reina Isabel II ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pues s\u00ed , paradojas de la vida, el T\u00edo Tom\u00e1s, h\u00e9roe y principal valedor de la causa Carlista, tuvo 13 hermanos y uno de ellos 15 a\u00f1os mayor que \u00e9l, Miguel de Zumalac\u00e1rregui era de ideolog\u00eda liberal, y adem\u00e1s con un puesto relevante ya que fue &nbsp;un destacado jurista y diputado en Cortes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras la guerra contra los franceses Tom\u00e1s se incorpor\u00f3 al ej\u00e9rcito espa\u00f1ol y, cuando estall\u00f3 la primera guerra carlista fue el organizador y estratega del ej\u00e9rcito de Don Carlos. Miguel Antonio, por el contrario fue presidente de las Cortes de C\u00e1diz, en 1813, cuando \u00e9stas decidieron abolir la Inquisici\u00f3n.<br><br><br>Al iniciarse la primera guerra Miguel Antonio trat\u00f3 de ganarse a su hermano Tom\u00e1s para la causa liberal.
