1. Jornadas Pax Lúdica 2023
‘El Colapso’ es un wargame o juego de simulación histórica con un diseño como juego estratégico para 2 jugadores sobre la guerra de los 30 años (1618-1648), pero con reglas para poder realizar partidas multijugador que se puede reservar sin compromiso en el link http://tinyurl.com/yfkkdbc3
En las pasadas jornadas de Pax Lúdica celebradas en la maravillosa ciudad de Cádiz entre el 29 de Septiembre y el 1 de Octubre, que organizó Sergio Ortega de ‘Mesa de Guerra’ con el apoyo del ‘Club Pax Lúdica de Cádiz’ para 109 asistentes que disfrutamos con tantos juegos, preciosas vistas de la ciudad presenté dos juegos en las jornadas.

El primer juego que presenté fue ‘La Defensa-El Asedio de Cádiz 1625’ que diseñé para jugar en solitario llevando al jugador español contra el bando aliado (anglo-holandeses) que lleva el juego sus acciones. El juego cuenta con el maravilloso arte de Nils Johansson, y se entregó de manera gratuita por Sergio del blog Mesa de Guerra con el apoyo del Club Pax Lúdica de Cádiz a los asistentes a las jornadas que disfrutaron mucho y que próximamente daremos más noticias sobre la posibilidad de conseguir el juego para los que no pudieron asistir a las jornadas celebradas en Cádiz.

Además del juego de ‘La Defensa-El Asedio de Cádiz 1625’, en las jornadas de Pax Lúdica presenté las novedades de ‘El Colapso’ que en este prototipo muy avanzado con las mecánicas listas a falta de unos últimos ajustes y seguir ajustando valores con el testeo tanto en persona como en vassal, incluyeron la actualización del arte del artista gráfico del juego Donal Hegarty del mapa, tablero diplomático-administrativo, cartas y fichas.

Durante el mes de Octubre, acabaré de actualizar los archivos del juego y el módulo de vassal del juego con el feedback de las partidas de testeo del mes de Septiembre tanto de las jornadas de Pax Lúdica como las realizadas durante los meses anteriores, ya que han sido bastantes y quiero agradecer sobretodo a Marc Aliaga, Manuel Suffo, Riccardo Massini, Paolo Carraro y Tim Tigges por su apoyo en el testeo y desarrollo del juego.

2. Jornadas Batalladores 2023
Del próximo 3 al 5 de Noviembre, estaré en las jornadas Batalladores que se celebran en la bellísima ciudad de Zaragoza donde los jugadores podrás ver tanto el juego de ‘La Defensa-El Asedio de Cádiz de 1625’ como ‘El Colapso y probarlo.
Para probar ‘El Colapso, os animo a que os apuntéis a las partidas que he organizado multijugador (hasta 6 jugadores) en la hoja de Excel de partidas que ha enviado la organización a todas las personas asistentes. Las partidas serán Viernes 3 a las 16:00, Sábado a las 9:00 y a las 16:00, y podréis conocer ‘El Colapso’ de primera mano junto con el nuevo arte.
En las partidas os mostraré como funciona el juego, introduciendo progresivamente las reglas del juego como he incluido en los diferentes escenarios de aprendizaje del juego, para que así podáis entender mejor su funcionamiento y poder jugar y divertiros con este juego fácil de entender sus mecánicas, pero con mucho que hacer y pocos recursos que junto con la incertidumbre de los resultados de las operaciones y eventos y otros aspectos únicos del juego aseguran partidas diferentes cada vez pero muy tensas y divertidas.

‘El Colapso’ wargame estratégico sobre la guerra de los 30 años (1618-1648) después de un testeo intenso en convenciones de wargames y juegos de mesa y en vassal, está abierto el testeo en vassal a todas las personas interesadas.

1. Pax Ludica Convention 2023
‘The Collapse’ is a wargame or historical simulation game with a strategic game design for 2 players about the 30 Years War (1618-1648), but with rules to be able to play several players that can be reserved without obligation in the link http://tinyurl.com/yfkkdbc3
During last Pax Lúdica convention held in the wonderful city of Cádiz between September 29 and October 1, and organized by Sergio Ortega from ‘Mesa de Guerra’ with the support of the ‘Club Pax Lúdica de Cádiz’ for 109 attendees whom we enjoyed so many games, beautiful views of the city, I presented two games.

The first game I presented was ‘The Defense-The Siege of Cádiz 1625’ which I designed to be solitaire, whereas the Spanish player you take your actions against the allied side (Anglo-Dutch) that runs its game actions. The game includes the wonderful art of Nils Johansson, and was given free of charge by Sergio from the blog Mesa de Guerra with the help of Club Pax Lúdica from Cádiz to those attending the conference who enjoyed it very much and we will soon give more news about the possibility of having the game for those who could not attend the convention held in Cadiz.

In addition to the game of ‘The Defense-The Siege of Cádiz 1625’, at the Pax Lúdica conference I presented the news of ‘The Collapse’ which in this very advanced prototype with the mechanics ready with some final adjustments and to continue adjusting values with the playtest both in person and in vassal, included the updated art of the game’s graphic artist Donal Hegarty of the map, diplomatic-administrative board, cards and counters.

During October, I will finish updating the game files and the game vassal module with the feedback from September playtest games, both from the Pax Lúdica gameplays and those carried out during the previous months, since they have there a lot and I especially want to thank Marc Aliaga, Manuel Suffo , Riccardo Massini , Paolo Carraro and Tim Tigges for their support in the playtest and development of the game.

2. Batalladores 2023
Between November 3rd to 5th, I will be at the Batalladores wargames and historical games convention that will be held in the beautiful city of Zaragoza, where players will be able to see both the game ‘The Defense-The Siege of Cádiz of 1625’ and ‘The Collapse’.
To play ‘The Collapse, I encourage you to sign up for the multiplayer games that I have organized (up to 6 players) in the Excel games spreadsheet that the organization has sent to all attendees. The games will be Friday the 3rd at 4:00 p.m., Saturday at 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., and you will be able to see ‘The Collapse’ first-hand along with the new art.
In the games I will show you how it works, progressively introducing the game rules as I have included in the different learning scenarios of the game, so that you can better understand how it works and be able to play and have fun with this game that is easy to understand its mechanics, but with a lot to do and few resources that together with the uncertainty of the operations result and events and other unique aspects of the game ensure different games each time but very tense and fun to play.
3. Support ‘The Collapse’ being published
‘The Collapse’ is a strategic wargame about the 30 years’ war (1618-1648) that after an intense playtest in wargame conventions and board games and in vassal, is available to playtest in vassal to all interested people.
